This special, Georgian style 20,000+ sq. ft. home was built in 2008 by a competing firm. Passersby are sure to be impressed by the home’s exterior which is almost entirely granite. It’s slate roof and expansive bluestone and granite patios round out the home’s captivating stone construction. The interior of this luxurious home features a large custom kitchen, multiple wet bars, and a mahogany billiard room and office. Walking through the home it is hard to miss the gorgeous, large crown moldings and the creative changing hardwood floor patterns to provide delineation between spaces.

 

Our scope on this project included an enhancement, and addition, resulting in a 6,500 sq. ft. basement. The new basement features multiple wet bars, a large children’s playroom, a home theater, a golf simulator, a fitness room, and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar. The basement now exits onto a 3,000 sq. ft. granite patio complete with a pool, spa, and large pavilion. An entertainer’s dream, the pavilion is equipped with a television, barbecue, refrigerator, and ice maker. Along with the basement improvements, a three-car, double-high detached garage was built. The garage is engineered for the addition of three car-lifts for extra automobile storage, the garage basement acts as a storage area. The addition of a stonewall along the front of the property, furnished with two motorized gates, was also within our scope.
