Rye 6-00
This extravagant, 11,000 sq. ft. waterfront home is located on an island in Rye, NY. The home features tall cathedral ceilings in many rooms which makes the home feel even more spectacular. The home is beautifully constructed of black granite, which was the same stone that was blasted out during the construction of the New York City subway system! Our work on the home came after it had suffered severe fire and storm damage. For it's restoration, the space was expertly redesigned by the architectural firm of Shope Reno Warton.

The interior was completely updated to take advantage of the tremendous water views. Larger windows, doors, and dormers were added to enhance both the view and the amount of natural light that enters the home. Once completed, this home had been transformed into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Our impeccable work on this home was featured in Architectural Digest.
